I am just like most of you. I have tried every single diet out there. I start a diet, and within 2-6 days, I give up, and start eating whatever I want. I feel like I will always be fat, and can never have a lean nice body. I look at girls, and always wish and fantasize if I can have a body like that. I did so much research on many types of diet, but nothing helped. My mother came home one day, and told me about the Aktin`s diet and how many of her co-workers were losing weight so she was going to try it. Within a week, she lost 5 pounds, and 2 inches. She was so strict on the Aktin diet, and stayed on phase 1 for nearly 2 months losing 30 pounds and many inches from her waist, chest, and thighs.
I decided to do the Aktin diet as well and daily write about my progress. I am sick of seeing commercials of people losing weight, and I really want to see how good this Aktin diet works. This is what I am eating the first week: Phase One:
Breakfast: Aktin Chocolate Protein Shake
Snack: 2-3 cups of stemmed broccoli
Lunch: 2 Tilapia fish baked with a bowl of lettuce and a spoon of hot sauce.
Snack: Aktin chocolate chip meal bar
Dinner: 5 ounces of grilled chicken and a bowl of lettuce (Without any type of dressing L)
Snack: Aktin Chocolate protein shake
(I am drinking 10 water bottles daily, and eating about 25 grams of net carb a day.)
